Q:  Do you only provide care in homes:

A:  No, although the name would imply so.  We also provide care in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Hospitals.   Should you be recovering in someone elses home (such as your daughter or sons), we can provide care in an alternate setting.  We can also accompany you to a social function.

Q:  Can I purchase service or give a gift certificate for a family/friend so they can get more help around the house or go some place special ?

A:  Absolutely!  When you don't know what to get that someone who has everything, give them the gift of independence and service.  We can take them on an outing, provide service around the house.  Whatever they would need.  Give us a call so we can discuss how we can help in more detail.

Q:  Who pays for homecare services?

A:  We can accept Medicaid Waiver Programs, Veterans Benefits, Long Term Care Insurance (LTC), Workers Compensation Insurance, some organizations (such as MS Society or Alzehimers Respite Care for example) may provide payment and Private Pay.

A:  You can contact us directly so that we can provide you with a free confidential in-home nursing assessment by our RN or Nurse Practitioner.

Q:  How do you differ from other agencies?

A:  We have a RN/nurse practitioner on site that trains and supervises all employees.  We utilize state of the art software that allows families to see what is going on with their loved one and provide feedback.  We provide any service you need to keep you independent, safe and supported.  Our dependable, caring staff consist of  RNs, LPNs, HHAs, Companions or CNA support.
